Maximum ventilation combined with energy efficiënt cooling and high efficiency heat recovery.  Oxycom provides an optimal indoor climate.  As a result of maximum ventilation odours, smoke and health threatening contaminants such as bacteria, fine dust and gasses (formaldehyde, radon) will be removed – creating a healthy indoor climate.  Through all seasons the Oxycell provides supply air at a comfortable  temperature.

The Oxycell does not use any ozone depleting refrigerants.  The outdoor air is cooled by means of indirect evaporation of water, an efficient and natural process, without changing the humidity of the cooled supply air.

During the heating season the Oxycell will recover heat from the waste air with an efficiency of 85 to 95%, warming up the outdoor air to approximately 20 degrees Celsius before its supplied to the indoor environment.  Due to the extremely high efficiency the need for additional heating is minimized.

People spend 90% of their time indoors.  Maximum exchange of indoor air with fresh outdoor air provides a healthy oxygen rich indoor climate.  Research shows that proper ventilation in office buildings  will increase the performance level with 5 to 10% while reducing short term absence with approximately 35%.

In comparison to conventional Air Conditioning, approximately 80 to 90% of the energy consumption is saved.  In order to ensure the same level of ventilation (i.e. Indoor Air Quality) as offered by the Oxycell , the consumption of the Air Conditioner will increase significant.  This is why most residential buildings are not or hardly ventilated.
